Today we held the SIESTA Research Program Symposia

What an incredible day of learning and inspiration!

We heard about the latest research on sleep and brain ageing, including cutting-edge findings on circadian rhythms, sleep disorders, and how improving sleep could help protect cognitive function and reduce dementia risk. 🧠💤

The line-up of national and international speakers was truly outstanding. Their passion for advancing circadian science and translating research into real-world impact was energising and motivating. It’s exciting to see how rapidly this field is evolving and how much potential there is to improve lives.

Huge congratulations to the organising team for putting together such a rich and thought-provoking program 👏

Events like this remind us why collaboration and knowledge-sharing are so essential in driving innovation in healthy ageing.
