Lived Experience Advisory Panel
About SLEAP
The SIESTA Lived Experience Advisory Panel (SLEAP) is made up of people with lived experience of sleep difficulties, dementia, or cognitive decline—including individuals living with these conditions and their carers. The panel ensures that our research is informed by real-world perspectives and reflects the needs and priorities of those it aims to benefit.
