At this year’s Australian Dementia Research Forum (ADRF), the SIESTA team took the chance to meet in person over a casual lunch. It was a great way to reconnect with colleagues from Perth and Sydney and hear how things are progressing across different parts of the project.

We did a quick whip-around of updates, sharing what’s been happening and what’s coming up. The Chair of our lived experience panel, SLEAP, Diana Trickett also shared a short update, reminding us of the importance of keeping lived experience at the centre of the work we’re doing.

It was lovely to see familiar faces, share ideas, and enjoy a bit of downtime together during a busy conference.
